FAGGIOLATI PUMPS SPA has improved its level of insulation from class ?F? to class ?H? in order to increase the resistance to heat to guarantee a longer lifespan and a greater reliability for a more intensive and prolonged usage.
Reliability
The insulation layers are fabricated in copper wire, isolated with a double varnish for layers and areas with a double impregnation in class ?H? using the pre-heat-immersion-heating system with a resin in its purest form that gives exceptional welding qualities even at high temperatures, guaranteeing a greater protection against electrical and mechanical wear and tear. The initial pre-heating is up to 100°C and gives more compactness and eliminates the air-bubbles any impregnated liquids from the initial immersion, guaranteeing a perfect insulation and filling that greatly enhances the outward conduction of the heat. The aforementioned, in conjunction with the constant temperature of the operating motor lengthens the lifespan of the wound stator and concentrates the heat onto the axel with respect to the rotor that is harder to cool, maintaining the ball-bearings at an inferior temperature allowing the functioning of our machines even in tropical climates with greater guarantees related to reliable and proper functioning.ising the maximum temperature to 180°C for the safe functioning of the machines.
Efficiency
