President’s letter, Sole Administrator and Founder
“…..When
a rider feels his horse galloping , he has two possibilities: to stop, tie
it up to the fence or sale it, or gallop with it trying to not drop down,
going over the obstacles also to have new incentives for himself and his
horse…”.
Our
establishment, will rise parallel to the clearway that goes from
Civitanova Marche to Foligno at Macerata Sud outward on an area of 50.000
mq of wich 28.000 mq will be covered. In the productive division, equipped
with assembly lines designed and manufactured by us, there will be an
automatic conveyor spare cars at optics fibre for the products movement,
further more there will be a new test tank for products up to 600 KW,
metal tests laboratory, patterns adjustment laboratory and one division
for panels assembling and remote control.
Four
thousand square meters (4.000 mq) are bound to the mechanical
manufacturing realised with italian modern machines designed for our
product, to the storehouses bound to the storage of unrefined, worked and
finished products.
The
offices will develop on three floors, each floor long 161mt and 22m wide
will be divided as follows: ground floor for technical offices, service
and logistic dispatch; first floor: commercial and Managing offices;
second floor: auditorium hall with 200 seats; 7 bedrooms for those guests
that have to attempt to technical trainings, warden’s house, restaurant,
n.7 personal offices for our consultants, such as: engineering, business consultants,
lawyers, doctors for sanitary assistance, graphic and designers, gym room, nursery, relax room and music hall; a little Church
of 80mq and a little Mosque of 80 mq for our guests, to show our wish for
people speaking in peace in respect of each other cultures and traditions.
We have to look to the future though the progress and compete fairly
without making wars!!!
The
actual establishment will become a study centre, research, accession to
patents for new products, equipments designing, special pumps production,
repairs and service after sale division, further to a “Summer
School” in cooperation with the “La Sapienza” University of Rome
where will take place stages for students coming all over the world.
In
order to realize the new establishment (budgeted investment 20 Millions of
Euro) further to self-finance ourselves we can rely on the trust of our
Credits Institutes, with which we have been cooperating and still
cooperate in the each other work respect, guaranteeing personally and with
our company.
We
wish to prosper and advance concentrating our efforts on the products
quality and prices competitiveness, trusting on our entrepreneurs
profession not on financers; we wish to give to the market the products we
manufacture, and show to everybody how and where we manufacture them;
frankly speaking we hold no terrors for the Chinese dragon and for
those who invest there, speculating in order to bring products in our
market at local prices.
