Shafts(1) realized in stainless steel AISI 420B, grided down in ball bearings and mechanical seals seats, over-dimensioned respect to standard parameters of use
Motor (2) asynchronous threephase squirrel cage type, 2 poles, insulation class H(180°C). Dry motor, cooled by surrounding liquid.
Protection degree IP68.
Ball bearings (3) overdimensioned, life lubrificated, maintenance free.
Oil chamber (4) oil lubrificates and cools the seals and emulsifies eventual water infiltrations.
This electric pump has two types of seals for a perfect insulation between the electric motor and the pumped liquid.
Upper seal: lip seal NBR
Lower seal (5): mechanical, silicon carbide.
Impellers (6) are equipped of a special grinder system and are projected for waters and mud coming from agricultural drainages.
